100% onsite in Brighton, CO. From $24/hour.
RMPT is looking for a Service Department Administrator at our Brighton, CO location. The Service Department Administrator is responsible for all administrative processes related to service contracts, service quotes, and invoicing.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer service calls.
- Create quotes for customers.
- Create service work orders.
- Be responsible for the workflow of service work orders, including time approvals.
- Invoice service work orders, ensuring proper reports, time, and mileage are correctly applied to invoices.
- Edit technician reports as needed for customer clarity.
- Complete warrantee paperwork.
- Collect customer payment.
- Run service department reports as needed.
- Schedule safety and training.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in the parts/equipment service industry with emphasis on coordinating service responsibilities with service technicians and parts personnel.
- Professional demeanor and self-confidence in dealing with customers and outside contacts.
- Basic technical understanding.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone skills.
- Commitment to customer service and the attitude of a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail. High degree of organization and ability to prioritize service jobs.
- Strong ethical standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
What Helps:
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning programs preferred.
- School experience in a relevant field preferred.
